In order to give fully utilize the advantages of innovative talents, enhance the overall R&D and innovation capability of the Company, encourage more SANAN colleagues to participate in various creation and research activities, and jointly discuss new development directions, the First Seminar on the Future Trends of Compound Semiconductors was grandly held in Xiamen on March 18. The seminar was sponsored by SANAN College, and supported by the Human Resources Center and Administration Center of the Joint Stock Company. Lin Kechuang, General Manager of the Joint Stock Company; Zhang Zhongying, Zhang Jiahong and Xu Chenke, Deputy General Managers of the Joint Stock Company; Sun Yubao, General Manager of Anrui Optoelectronics; Lin Jin, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Center; Shao Xiaojuan, Assistant to the General Manager of Technology Center; consultant teachers Kang Shichang, Ren Sihan and Zeng Junwen; and Associate Professor Gu Xiaodong, the special guest from Tokyo Institute of Technology, were invited to attend the meeting.

Lin Kechuang, General Manager of the Joint Stock Company, first extended a warm welcome to the guests present, reviewed the development course of SANAN Optoelectronics from scratch and from a small enterprise to a large enterprise, and looked forward to the future development of scientific research technology. Mr. Lin said that if a company wants to develop, its strategy must be ahead of time. Only by making bold and innovative attempts in technology, management, service and other planning can a company take the leading position in the industry. He hoped that through the seminar, the Company's elites would come together to stimulate innovative ideas, and plan SANAN's long-term operation.

Thirteen senior experts in various fields from different divisions of the Company were invited to speak at the seminar, and nearly 100 executives and technical backbone personnel attended. At the meeting, the topics shared by the thirteen experts were rich in content with many highlights, which aroused great interests among the executives and guests in attendance. In addition, on-site exchanges and interactions were held on various discussion topics. This is a celebration of technology and a journey of harvest.

Finally, Mr. Lin highly affirmed this seminar, and announced that the technical seminar will serve as an important platform for the future technology development direction of SANAN, which will be held regularly once a year and with three years as one session. Mr. Lin hoped that the seminars will be held in different forms in the future to continuously enhance the technical exchange and collision of inspiration, and stressed that "the technical route must be organically combined with the market and cost application", and that all SANAN's technical personnel must thoroughly implement the innovation consensus reached at the seminar, fully implement various innovation measures, and boost the continuous innovation and development of the Company's technology. The seminar discussed the future development trend of compound semiconductor from the whole industry and segments, which triggered a new round of innovation boom in the whole company. The detailed explanations from experts brought new thinking and inspiration to the Company's development. It is hoped that all the technical backbones will gather innovative resources, strengths and advantages with perseverance, confidence, and determination to reach new heights and strive for excellence, so as to provide strong technical support for improving SANAN's international competitiveness and realizing the Company's high-quality development.
